When and Where is the 2024 conference?
The Palliative Care Conference is on February 29, 2024 in Tampa, FL.
Which ticket should I buy?
Provider tickets are palliative care program executives and other care providers. Vendor tickets are for professionals in finance, technology, staffing, legal, sales, and marketing.
My company or organization owns or is an active investor in a provider. Which ticket type can I purchase?
If your organization owns or invests in a provider or providers in this space, your firm is classified as a private equity investor. If you wish to get the provider pricing, you would need to use that organization's email system/domain to register for the ticket to qualify as a provider. No exceptions.
What is a audio recordings ticket?
This ticket provides access to audio recordings only. Audio recordings will be provided within 48 hours after the in-person event.
What does my ticket include?
A ticket to the Palliative Care Conference includes access to all sessions, breakfast, refreshments, lunch, coat / bag check, and a networking reception.
What is the refund policy?
For all tickets, no refunds are available after January 15. No exceptions.

Home-Based palliative care programs have, historically, had challenges juggling operational expenses while remaining true to the program mission. With low reimbursement rates and high clinical costs, it can be a struggle to balance program integrity with financial sustainability.
As a palliative care program developer and director for the last 7 years, I have operated over 40 programs in 9 states, most of which started from the ground up. There have been a lot of lessons learned about what to do (and not to do!) to build a successful palliative care program. In sharing my experiences, I hope to help hospice providers who have, or are considering, a palliative care program to avoid costly design mistakes and to build a strong foundation for future success.
